Travel by van from Santiago, Providencia, Las Condes, or Ñuñoa to Alyan Family Wines in Santa Rita. A Spanish- or Portuguese-speaking guide leads a slow tour through the vineyards, varietal garden, cellar, tanks, and barrel room, followed by three or four tastings, sunset views, a cheese box, and dinner.

Spend about three and a half hours on a dinner-and-dance evening in Santiago. Hotel pickup, a three-course meal, aperitif, wine, and live performances are included. Spend about four hours at Santiago’s Bali Hai, where a set dinner, refillable wine, and hotel pickup meet a stage show of Chilean folklore, Easter Island and Tahitian dances, live music, and dancing. “The transportation from the hotel to the venue was fine. The food was ok but nothing special. The table were I was placed for the show was right at the back behind a lot of other tables in all directions and as such pretty much all I could see for the show were the back of peoples heads and the pillars. This table along with several of the others should not be allowed to be used/sold to the customers for the show!!!! You’ll spend 4.5 hours touring Santiago in a small air-conditioned minivan, stopping at San Cristobal Hill and the Civic Center before dinner and a Chilean folklore show at El Apero.
